Please, I’m warning anyone who has been a victim of Sacramento attorney James Louis Arrasmith this man will rob you!! He claims to be knowledgeable and 43 different practice areas and that’s impossible because he’s a one-man show. James has figured out a way to make money without working every retainer fee is about $6000 so you got 43 people coming to get help for certain issues James and his staff will never ever tell you.
They can’t take your case. They will take all 45 cases but legitimately they’re going to work two of five of them!! And the rest of us the rest of the 40 people are signing fraudulent representation contracts and those 40 people will be put immediately on caller ID and then you’ll be transferred over to the area of people that he hires just to steal money all day!! So think about how much money that is you never tell anybody that you can’t take their case what’s 40 people times 6000 that’s a lot of money so he figure he can get rich off of retainer contracts. The initial contract now if he can get a little bit more money from you, he’ll keep leading you on, but if not after he gets the retainer, he’s just gonna dump you until you get lost.
He doesn’t have a heart or soul. He’s so greedy greed that’s taking over everything and he’s just one of those lawyers that doesn’t need a license to practice law if you have been a victim of this man, please contact me.!!!! He will hug you when he sees you his assistance and his legal aid will treat you with the most respect and kill you with kindness this is called grooming all criminals do it !! This is to draw you in so he can victimize you !! And he teaches his legal aid how to victimize you how to traumatize you how to verbally abuse you especially when you don’t give him money when he asked for it it doesn’t matter if he’s not doing the job it doesn’t matter if he’s working on your case, you’re gonna give him some more money and you’re gonna give him a lot of money and the sad part about it is you can keep giving him money and keep giving him money you’ll be up to $30,000 before you know it and then he’ll dump your ass. Don’t have that happen to you. !!
He makes his living by having assigned fraudulent contracts. He found out if I could just get the initial retainer contract money that can make a lot of money and it does $6000 time for a lot of money and you do that every month. !! There’s one group that I have no idea about the law he hires at least 2021 people from the street they have no idea about the law and they don’t need to. They’re going to be trying to steal money from you from 9 to 5 then you got another building who they’re working on legitimate cases while the other 40 people are being robbed and abused and tortured with threats and extortion tactics. They are the coolest sickest attorney and crew that ever ever met in my life. If you look at them, they look like I just got out of freaking prison. These are bad people don’t do it other lawyers know that they’re doing this to people, but they don’t say anything they just tell them not to go there. Well, that’s not good enough. !!! You will never hear from these people about your case they’re not gonna answer your calls because all of us are gonna go on caller ID and it’s gonna be that and everybody knows the people on caller ID are being rubbed so they don’t have to talk to you so they don’t but they talk to you enough to make you think that they’re gonna do something you got a lawyer who wants $6000 every other week just to talk to his no good sorry ass and you know the sad part about it. Is you pay your retainer fee and pay to talk to him at the beginning you find out you won’t even talking to this bastard you’re talking to some street kid pretending to be James.
He even has people to impersonate him. It’s really sick now. I don’t know if his wife or his I don’t know if his wife knows that she’s spending people’s hard earned money that her husband is stealing from people or she don’t care what the other when you give him money you are supporting his lifestyle and his dreams to be a rich lawyer without working for it he will hide in his office from you. You have something important going on in your case and he’s hiding from you and won’t answer your calls so you show up he tells his legal aid to tell you that he’s not there. He’s in trial James is not in trial. James is sitting in his desk right behind the door and he’s lying and sucking a ball. He’s too lazy to be a trial lawyer he want free money he wanna take and rob people he ain’t about to go to trial for nobody that’s too much work.!!
So again he teaches his staff straight people off the street and he brings them in just to rob you, and he teaches them the routine the psychological torture routine. If they don’t give you more money, you threaten them you use their life against them you threaten them you extort them you mentally abuse them. You psychologically terrorize them until they give you money. That’s the same shit that you’re dealing with when you give him money and the sad part is that the assistance are really pissed and they go after you because they know once they steal the money from you, they’re gonna get a cut of your money and then the rest is gonna go in his pocket and then he’s gonna ask you for some more money and do the same thing!! These are very very, very sick. People don’t enter their web. You will regret it, and you will lose everything especially don’t go to him for child custody or evictions. You will lose your kids and you will lose your home and he’s a sociopath, so the fact that he can sleep at night and he can teach his people such ugly, horrible sick things to people to get money. He hasn’t work for!!
His so-called legal team act like they all have rabies and they should be financially, as well as crumley responsible for taking the money as well as James for telling him to take the money. They’re all should be legally liable so please if you see this please contact me.
